Personal data collected by the Fund are collected for the following processing purposes: contract management, market research, fraud detection, improvement and promotion of the various housing assistance schemes offered by the Fund, and to comply with its legal obligations. In accordance with and within the limits of Regulation (EU) 2016/679 of the European Parliament and of the Council of 27 April 2016 on the protection of natural persons with regard to the processing of personal data and on the free movement of such data, any concerned person shall have the following rights in relation to personal data processed by the Fund and concerning him: access, rectification, erasure, data portability and to object, which may be exercised free of charge by transmitting a written request by letter to the Fund, with a photocopy of the front and back of his identity card attached. Any information on the processing of personal data by the Fund may be obtained from the Fund.

More specifically, personal data will either be used for registration, the opening of the file with the Fund and subsequent exchanges between the parties in the context of this contractual relationship (Article 6(1)(b) of the above-mentioned Regulation (EU) 2016/679) or used anonymously for statistical purposes for the performance of a task carried out in the public interest (Article 6(1)(e) of Regulation (EU) 2016/679): market research, improvement and promotion of the various housing assistance formulae or fraud detection) and this in compliance with Articles 5-1 c and 5-1 e of the aforementioned Regulation (EU) 2016/679, which lay down the principles of data minimisation and storage limitation.
