Parking/garage

With the Housing Fund, you have the possibility to rent parking spaces. These spaces are usually linked to the buildings being rented.

Procedure

  1. Send your details by e-mail to alhh@fonds.brussels and indicate the property you are interested in.
  2. If a space is available, we will contact you to present you the rental conditions and the documents to be provided (your identity card and car registration document).
  3. If there are no spaces available, you will be placed on a waiting list. Parking spaces are allocated in chronological order with priority given to tenants of Fund units. As soon as a space becomes available and you are in order, we will send you the rental conditions and the necessary documents to finalise the file.

Commercial and office space

Send an e-mail to alhh@fonds.brussels with the following information:

  • The commercial space you are interested in
  • The identity of the manager
  • A description of the activity to be carried out
  • The documents from the Belgian Official Gazette at the trade register which includes the company number, legal form, registered office and main activity
  • A financial plan

 
Following the analysis of the project, the Fund's management takes a position.

If the decision is positive, the rental conditions will be sent to you.
