You have the right to sell your home at any time. However, the special terms and conditions of sale contain "anti-speculation" clauses that provide, among other things, for a degressive penalty on any capital gain if the property is resold within the first 10 years. Another requirement is that the purchaser must be eligible to buy a property from the Fund.
You may not hold any real rights other than bare ownership of a property at the time you acquire a Trèfles home, for the first 20 years.
You must undertake to occupy the property and make it your principal residence within 2 years of the date of registration of the deed of sale. If you are buying a property that is still under construction or off-plan, this period begins to run from the date the keys are handed over to the buyer.
No, once the offer has been signed, the price remains the same as in the offer.
